Description

An old-fashioned comfort dish made with ground beef, bread crumbs, and creamy mushroom soup, perfect for family gatherings or cozy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix together the ground beef, chopped onion, milk, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well-combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties and lay them in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the patties, ensuring they are well-covered.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 45 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and allow to bake for an additional 15 minutes until the patties are browned.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy your hearty meal!
