- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix together the ground beef, chopped onion, milk, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well-combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties and lay them in a baking dish.
- Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the patties, ensuring they are well-covered.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and allow to bake for an additional 15 minutes until the patties are browned.
