Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil for frying

  4. Form the mixture into patties (about 4-6) and place them in a greased baking dish.

  6. Pour 1 cup of beef broth over the patties and add the sautéed mushrooms on top.
  7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
