Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until combined.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped apples until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour half of the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon for the topping, then sprinkle half of this mixture over the batter.
- Add the remaining batter on top, followed by the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Use a knife or skewer to swirl through the batter, creating a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- While it cools, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze, then drizzle it over the cooled bread.
- Slice and enjoy!
