Description

A quick and easy side dish featuring crispy air-fried Yukon Gold potatoes with a delicious garlic and Parmesan flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized Yukon Gold potatoes, washed and quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper, mixing well to create a flavorful seasoning blend.
  3. Add the quartered potatoes to the bowl and toss them until they are thoroughly coated with the seasoning.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the potatoes and mix until they’re well covered.
  5. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd for maximum crispiness.
  6. Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to promote even cooking. Look for a golden, crispy exterior.
  7. Once cooked, carefully remove the potatoes from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving dish.
  8. Optional: Garnish with fresh chopped parsley for added flavor and a lovely finish.
