- Dill pickles (slices or spears)
 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1 cup cornmeal
 - 2 eggs, beaten
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp pepper
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - Cooking spray
 
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
 - Slice your pickles into bite-sized spears or rounds.
 - Set up your breading station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and mix cornmeal with your seasonings in the last bowl.
 - Coat each pickle slice in flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and coat with the cornmeal mixture.
 - Lay the coated pickles in a single layer in your air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
 - Air fry the pickles for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
 - Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
 
Notes
Make sure your pickles are well-drained for the best crispy texture. For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the cornmeal.
