Description
A delightful dish combining toast with eggs and cheese, all cooked perfectly in an air fryer. Ideal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

- 2 slices of thick bread (sourdough or sandwich bread)
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: fresh parsley or chives
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Lightly butter one side of each slice of bread and press a well into the center with your fingers.
- Crack an egg into the well of each slice.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese around the edges and over the egg whites.
- Place the bread in your air fryer and cook for 6–8 minutes or until the egg whites are set and the cheese is melted.
- Season with salt, pepper, and your choice of fresh herbs. Serve hot.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to two days or frozen. Reheat in the air fryer or toaster oven for the best texture.
