A quick and easy casserole that combines tender chicken, creamy soup, and cheesy goodness for a comforting meal.

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 box chicken-flavored Rice-A-Roni, cooked
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked Rice-A-Roni, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese atop the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25–30 minutes, or until the dish is golden and bubbly.
Notes
For a bit more flavor, add sautéed onions or garlic before baking. You can also prep the casserole a day ahead and store it in the fridge.
