Description

A quick and easy casserole that combines tender chicken, creamy soup, and cheesy goodness for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 box chicken-flavored Rice-A-Roni, cooked
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked Rice-A-Roni, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese atop the casserole.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25–30 minutes, or until the dish is golden and bubbly.

Notes

For a bit more flavor, add sautéed onions or garlic before baking. You can also prep the casserole a day ahead and store it in the fridge.
